The Ann Arbor Adventures is a picture book series that captures the magic of the city of Ann Arbor. Ann Arbor has many places that cater to kids’ minds, creativity, abilities, and growth. There are numerous things to do in this wonderful city that will create lasting memories for children. These places deserve to be celebrated.

Ashlee Edens currently lives in Oklahoma, but Ann Arbor will always have a special place in her heart. She has always been a writer; from writing for the teen paper at the Oklahoman to self-publishing two poetry collections since 2017.

She is also a mother who enjoyed exploring Michigan with her two young daughters during her time in Ann Arbor.

Nicole Ray

Nicole Ray grew up in a small beach town in New York with her toes deep in the sand and her head buried in books. Nicole creates a line of whimsical art prints and paper goods under the name Sloe Gin Fizz. The Ann Arbor Adventures series are her first picture books.
