Johnny Thompson is an elementary school teacher and mother of two. She has always had a passion for writing–making time to journal, write short stories, and slam poetry. She wrote her frst novel in 2015 when a friend introduced her to NaNoWriMo. Breaking Through began as a NaNoWriMo project and is her first published novel.
